Rupali has completed her Masters in Business Administration with specialisation in Operations. She is a fellow of the Insurance Institute of India. She is also a Neuro-Linguistic Practioner. Apart from this, she holds a Certification in Global Career Counselling from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA Extension) and has been certified as their Super Counsellor.
